This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.nes-ips.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

2. What information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect: your name, email address, company name, job title, telephone number, the subject of your enquiry, and your message.

Information collected automatically. When you browse our website, subject to your cookie choices we collect: pages visited, time spent on the site, files downloaded, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), and how you arrived at our site (for example, from a search engine or an advertisement). Where you arrive via one of our marketing campaigns, we store the campaign details (source, medium, and campaign name) in a cookie for up to 90 days so we know which of our advertising brought you to us; if you later submit our contact form, that campaign information is attached to your enquiry.

Information about telephone contact. We may use call tracking technology to measure which of our advertising generates telephone enquiries. Where used, this may record the number you dialled, your telephone number, and the date, time, and duration of the call. Any such technology will be disclosed in our Cookie Policy.

We do not knowingly collect information from children; this website is intended for business users.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • CookieYes Limited, which provides our cookie consent banner and records your consent choices on our behalf.
  • Our service providers: our website hosting provider, whose servers for this website are located in London, United Kingdom, and Microsoft, which hosts our business email. Contact form submissions are delivered to our staff by email and also stored securely in the website’s own database as a backup record.
  • Our marketing agency, which manages our advertising and website measurement on our behalf.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law.

All service providers act under contracts that restrict what they may do with your information.

6. International transfers

This website itself is hosted in the United Kingdom. However, some of our service providers (including Google LLC) process data in the United States. These transfers are made under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (the “UK-US data bridge”), which the UK government has assessed as providing adequate protection, or under UK-approved contractual safeguards.

7. How long we keep your information

  • Enquiry and quotation correspondence, including contact form submissions stored on our website: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the enquiry leads to a business relationship (in which case records are kept for the life of that relationship plus any legally required period).
  • Website analytics data: up to 14 months.
  • Advertising campaign cookie (how you found us): 90 days.
  • Cookie consent record: 12 months.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:
